These Terms of Use govern your use of the Station website, streaming platform and mobile app, and services provided at onstation.com.au, operated by Station Pty Ltd. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use Station on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for them.

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• The information you give us must be accurate.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
• Accounts are free. We may change what's free or introduce paid features in future, with notice.

All content on Station including videos, the "Good Country" program, images, logos, graphics, and text is owned by Station Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may watch and share content using the features we provide, but you may not copy, reproduce, download, screenshot, redistribute, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

When you send us a story pitch, message, or other material, you grant Station a licence to use it for the purpose of considering and (if relevant) producing content. If you appear in or contribute to our content, separate arrangements (such as a release or agreement) will apply.

You agree not to misuse the site - including not attempting to access it unlawfully, scrape or harvest data, upload harmful code, infringe others' rights, or post unlawful, misleading or offensive material.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as video hosting, login, and analytics providers). We're not responsible for third-party content or services, which have their own terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim for the site to be available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Station's content is general in nature and provided for information and entertainment. It is not professional, financial, agronomic, veterinary or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the site "as is" and exclude implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded), Station is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
